By visiting ("Evade") or inviting ("Evade Bot") to your Discord or authorizing as an User-App, you agree and consent to the terms displayed on this page including our policies (Privacy Policy). When we state "Evade", "we", "us", and "our" in these terms, we mean Evade.

You may not use Evade to violate any applicable laws or regulations as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

• Do not copy Evade's features
• Do not help others copy Evade's features
• Do not misuse Evade or its services
• Do not run a Discord server that keeps getting terminated

We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to any features or functionality of the bot at our discretion. Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately (under our sole discretion) without prior notice or liability for any reason (including, but not limited to, a breach of the terms).
